I am Stefan Kießling, coach, trainer, mediator and change facilitator.

Why am I doing this? Why the focus on interpersonal work? There are plenty of other nice things you can do that are less (emotionally) demanding and complicated.

Because I don't know about you, but I find these topics – receiving very personal feedback on one's behavior, working on oneself, resolving conflicts, changing – quite exhausting.

But I've discovered for myself that these very challenging topics are precisely where "the magic happens." That it's exactly these topics, the ones that "thrill" and become risky, that are where personal growth occurs. 

I was fortunate that many people supported me with training, advice and coaching in exactly such situations.

This sparked in me the desire to delve deeper into these topics and to work as a coach, trainer, change facilitator and mediator myself.

That's why I started 10 years ago as a trainer and moderator in the nonprofit sector, have been working as a change facilitator for five and a half years and as a coach and mediator for a little over 2 years.

For five and a half years I worked in a management consultancy as a team leader and project manager, had the opportunity to get to know many different organizations, and even took on leadership responsibilities myself.

I completed my education with an MSc in Philosophy & Business Administration at Copenhagen Business School and my BSc in Philosophy and Social Sciences at Bielefeld University.

I want to use my diverse experience to support you in growing together and becoming one, at your own pace, in the way that suits you best, and onward.
